PDBook Publisher allows the users to publish your own reference ebook from any Word documents.  Just drag and drop Word documents into Authored PDBooks folder on your desktop, and they are automatically converted into your own e-Reference books.  Once converted, the content becomes compressed, searchable, portable, and dynamic.
