How to Unlock BibleLink Software and Books

A. You Have Paid for the Software Already

1. Get the following two items ready:
a. Proof of Purchase # (POP#): This 8-digit alphanumeric string is what you receive from us when you pay for the software. Our partners such as Handango and PocketGear may call it a registration number. There is a POP# for each suite and additional copyrighted books.
b. Hardware ID: First install the BibleLink and tap the "Home" icon on the BibleLink. For those who install to both PDA and PC, the hardware ID for each will be different. Hardware ID is found on the software's home screen as shown below:

2. When the above items are ready:
a. Go to biblelink.us/en/unlock.html.
b. Click "I paid already: I have a POP #."
c. Enter POP #, ID and other information and click "Continue."
d. The unlock code(s) will be sent to your email address. Depending on the suite, there may be more than one unlock code.
e. Click the "Unlock" icon from the software's main screen (refer to the image shown above) and tap in a unlock code and tap "Go. Repeat this step, if you have more than one unlock code.

B. You Are Using the Lite Version or Trial Books 

1. Get the Hardware ID from the software's home screen (refer to the image shown above).

2. When Hardware ID is known:
a. Go to biblelink.us/en/unlock.html.
b. Click "Pay for BibleLink Suite" if you need to unlock BibleLink or "Pay for Books" if you want to unlock additional books.
c. Choose a suite and click "Buy" and pay using a credit card. For books, you need to enter the Hardware ID in the box at the bottom of the screen also.
d. When the credit card is properly processed, the screen will display the transaction summary with a POP # (the same information is sent by email). Since you are already running the software (or using the book), just click the provided link "Click here to unlock BibleLink."
e. Fill in the the Hardware ID and the device type and click "Continue."  The unlock code(s) will be sent to your email address. Depending on the suite, there may be more than one unlock code.
f. Click the "Unlock" icon from the software's main screen (refer to the image shown above) and tap in a unlock code and tap "Go. Repeat this step, if you have more than one unlock code.
